General Support Policies

1Support is limited to non-profit programs.
2Priority is given to villages, remote areas, widows, divorcees, orphans, the most needy, and educational grants.
3The Foundation provides its support in pre-defined installments according to the agreement with partners.
4Requests from individuals outside the family are referred to an executive partner to review and decide on acceptance or rejection.
5The Foundation focuses on supporting strategic programs that achieve shared visions and prevents fragmentation of the support budget.
6Implementing the supported programs is not the Foundation’s responsibility.
7Evaluating proposed programs and selecting outstanding ones is a key mechanism in setting support priorities.
8Partners are required to document supported projects through written and visual reports; based on this, the final installment is released.
9The geographical scope of support is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10Priority is given to partners who previously had successful supported projects with the Foundation.

Partner Requirements and Application Acceptance

1The partner requesting support must hold an official permit.
2The partner must have an active bank account.
3Submission of the annual report is required, except for newly established partners.
4The partner must execute the project or supervise it directly.
5The partner must have an executive team and a board of directors.
6The partner’s activities must align with its area of specialization.
7A written request must be submitted along with the official documents.
8A work plan for the project must be submitted.
